Return Policy

Thank you for shopping Sweet Tea Clothing Company! 

We only offer store credit within 14 days from the date you receive your order. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

• Product must be in original condition to be eligible for store credit. Unworn, Unwashed, Unaltered, Stain/Odor free, Original tags Must be attached. 
• Damages to shoe boxes automatically make shoes ineligible for store credit. Shoes MUST be in original box and placed in an additional shipping box/package.
• ALL SALE ITEMS, JEWELRY, AND LEGGINGS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT.

Shipping cost for returning items will be at the customers expense. Items MUST be returned within the 14 day policy. Store credit will NOT be issued for any items received after 14 days and the customer will be responsible for shipping cost to return it back to them. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

We are NOT responsible for lost packages and cannot be held liable. 

IF your return meets the above requirements:

1.  Please return your items via carrier of your choice. A carrier that provides a tracking number and insurance is suggested, as we are not responsible for any lost packages. 
2. Include your order# on shipping label, or inside of package. Returns will NOT be processed if order # is not included.
